McB Building

Extension to character Bach in Governors Bay, involved extending living area and adding a 3^rd bedroom to make usable for generations to come. All new works were designed and built to match existing home and details like it was always there, Interior is finished with reclaimed Rimu flooring to match existing and bespoke stonework on the fire hearth and walls. The outside of the project was finished off with a new roof, Stormwater system, Timber joinery and hardwood deck to make to most of the lovely backdrop of the bay.  

Replacement of a smaller aging deck with this new Two story hardwood deck increasing the size of the top for the family to make the most of the beautiful view. With the lower section entirely covered over and extra effort taken to waterproof it from above so even on a rainy day it can still be enjoyed.
