This extension to a character bach in Governor’s Bay involved extending the living area, and adding a third bedroom to make the property usable for generations to come.
All new works were designed and built to blend seamlessly into the existing home. The interior is finished with reclaimed rimu flooring to match existing floors, with complementary bespoke stonework on the fire hearth and walls.
The outside of the project was finished off with a new roof, new stormwater system, timber joinery and a hardwood deck to make to most of the stunning Governor’s Bay backdrop.
